I would not recommend disabling IPv6. The more hosts the better, no matter what protocol. The IPv6 peers will not ratelimit you, it's not like wifi in the days of old. Your overall connection won't be brought down to their level, they will just add to your total connection, just like each IPv4 client does now. The more the merrier!
Is using utorrent with teredo (ipv6) with no port forwarding any slower than: a) port forwarding alone b) port forwarding plus teredo. I currently just use teredo and the speed seems ok although I often don't get a green light despite the obvious uploading activity.
